B: 몇 분이십니까?
A: 두 명 뿐입니다.
A: 로빈슨입니다.

Speaking Tip :

- I'd like to book a table for two.
- I want to make a reservation for a table.
- I'd like to reserve a table for tonight.

Dialog Practice 1 :

8 o'clock. A table for four.

Model Dialog :

A: May I be of service?
B: Well, we have a reservation for two. Robinson.
A: Ah, yes, Mrs. Robinson. This way. Which would you
prefer? Here by the window, or there near the fireplace?
C: Right here is fine.

A: 도와 드릴까요?

We have a reservation for two.

- A table for two, please.
- I'd like a table for three.
- Do you have a table for two?

Craven.

now.

Dialog Practice 2 :

A: Good evening. May I help you?
B: We didn't make a reservation. Have you got a table

A: 물론이죠.

Dialog Practice 2 :

A: Are you ready to order now?
B: Yes, I'd like a hamburger and a large order of french
fries, please.

A: 그러시죠.

Speaking Tip :

Dialog Practice 2 :

A: What are you going to have, Helen?
B: Just a cheeseburger and french fries. What about you?
A: I think I'll have the chef's salad.
B: I guess we're ready to order, then.

How would you like it?

Well-done. [
Medium.

A: 다른 것은요?

Speaking Tip : Fast food restaurant (간이 음식점)에서 햄버거나 핫도그 등을 주문하면 의례 Here, or to go? 하고 묻는 표현이다. to go 대신 to take out이란 표현을 쓰기도 한다.

- Please make two cheeseburgers to take out.
